Airnostrum

Objective:

The Air Nostrum Intranet needed to be updated to meet the current demand of its users and enhance its functionality.

Tasks:

• Migrate to SharePoint Server 2010 to improve user experience and to have access to new features supported by the platform.
• Migrate from the applications that it consumes in its different fields, refactoring the solutions to be hosted on the new servers without losing compatibility.
• Redesign the user interface to achieve a look-and-feel more in line with current design standards and to improve its image.

Results:

• Air Nostrum has now a more attractive, functional and useful website for its users.
• The upgrade to SharePoint Server 2010 has given the system a more fulfilling user experience, while at the same time gaining agility when working and interacting with the platform thanks to the new underlying web technologies.
