Dynamics CRM for the Management of Quotations and Email Marketing and the Development of a Loyalty Club
Objectives:
HOTETUR needed to centralize marketing actions in a single information system prepared for the immediate execution of marketing actions, flexible when it comes to incorporating new actions, and that could offer a unique view of the interactions with its customers.
Tasks:
- Implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 and ENCAMINA.CRM.IMPACTO.
- Design the appropriate processes to integrate the various information systems with CRM.
- Develop workflows to automate marketing actions.
Results:
The HOTETUR GROUP Department has now all the necessary information to design and direct its marketing actions, regardless of their origin system. Thanks to the implementation of ENCAMINA.CRM.IMPACTO, the group has achieved the dynamic segmentation of its customers, thus obtaining valuable information on the real interests of each of the recipients of the emails sent in their marketing actions.
