Objectives:

Achieve current and future visibility of the status of the project. To that end, and in order to find an agile solution, daily data on the advances and potential identified problems was needed.

Tasks:

• Build a platform based on SharePoint and Project Server 2007, as well as an automated indicator and reporting system.
• All this, accompanied by supporting tasks, a methodology and the systematization of teamwork so that the processes associated with the information could flow properly.

Results:

We achieved to manage all project documentation, alerts and various elements of collaboration and communication, as well as associated monitoring of remaining tasks or incomplete associated evidence.
