Microsoft Dynamics CRM Implementation
Objectives:
To reduce maintenance costs of the CRM system, flexibly introduce modifications, control directly the data owned by JUSTE and maintain the existing integrations with third systems.
Tasks:
- Migrate from the previous CRM system to Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0.
- Develop integration processes with third parties.
- Automate the reporting and budgeting processes.
- Develop an analysis system based on Business Intelligence tools.
Results:
Greater control of planning and reporting processes for medical professionals, greater adaptability to organizational/territorial changes, improvement in the commercial network and “central services” communication system and redesign of the budget and investment system.
