SharePoint as a Collaboration Intranet and Customer Process Manager
Objectives:
Improve internal collaboration and productivity, automating process management and providing an internal site where the employee can be constantly informed and even participate in the current affairs of the company.
Tasks:
- Develop an internal collaboration and communication portal based on SharePoint 2010, where access to documentation, information, and processes based on the BPM tool NINTEX Workflows 2010 can be centralized.
- Analyze the information architecture to clearly structure the sites and documentary architecture of the Intranet.
- Customize the user interface to adapt it to the corporate image of EFI Cretaprint.
Resultados:
We created a personal site from where the employee can interact in an agile and intuitive way with all those processes and functionalities of the platform that he or she uses the most on a day-to-day basis. From this site, employees can manage open issues, vacation, leave and purchase requests, check their email and access applications hosted both on the web and at their local desk thanks to the “App Launcher” Web Part.
